Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations only before the item is shipped or produced. If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
If the product has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Returns (If Applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition as received. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with the return.
Do not send your product back to the manufacturer.
Customers will pay shipping costs only once, which includes return shipping.
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
