How Can I Place an Order?
To place an order:

If you have a discount code, enter it in the “Discount” field on the right and click Apply.

Click Continue to Shipping, and make sure your shipping address is correct (especially if it's different from your billing address).

Then click Continue to Payment, and enter your payment details.

If your billing and shipping address are the same, check the box for that option.

To finalize your order, click Place Order. You’ll see an order summary and receive a confirmation email.

What Should I Do If Something Is Missing or Damaged?
Please report the issue through www.ecigromania.com, including your Order Number (#) and a photo as proof (file size under 1 MB).
If a product is missing or damaged, we’ll resend the correct item free of charge. You can keep the incorrect item as a gift.
How Do I Know My Order Was Successful?
You will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details once your order is successfully placed.
How Can I Modify My Order?
You can request changes on the same day the order is placed, by 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) at the latest.
